We collect the fictions that arrive throughout the month of july on the platform.

From 'Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness' to the return of 'Red Sky': Netflix's most outstanding series in July 2021

July is the first fully summer month and, with it, comes the desire to disconnect and go to remote places.

And for that Netflix has the perfect solution.

We review the most outstanding series that hit the platform this July 2021, ranging from comedy to thriller , passing through Tenerife, a prestigious Swedish boarding school or a video game franchise that makes the leap to television.

'Young Highnesses' - July 1

The series that Froilán de Borbón would see? An Elite with the Swedish royal family?

In Young Highnesses , Prince William (Edvin Ryding) arrives at Hillerska's prestigious boarding school after starring in a scandalous nightlife that could jeopardize his family's reputation.

There he finds out the kind of life he really wants, dreaming of a future of freedom and unconditional love, far from sovereign obligations.

Until, suddenly, he becomes the next one in the line of succession and his dilemma worsens, because he has to make a decision: love or duty.

'Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness' - July 8

The Covid-19 pandemic improves in the world, but it seems that the zombies in Raccoon City are not doing the same.

Fans of the legendary video game saga Resident Evil can be in luck: Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfiel return to try to stop a worldwide debacle in this animated drama.

With a dark tone and a suffocating proposal, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness arrives with the intention of also catching any fan of horror and catastrophes who can get hooked without having to know anything about the franchise.

'Atypical', season 4 - July 9

There are reunions that make us happy, but also that hurt us.

This is the case of Atypical, in which we will see Sam (Keir Gilchrist) for the last time before his leap to independence.

With a run of ten episodes as usual, the fourth and final season of Atypical is considered the least dramatic and most luminous of all, which we cannot but be grateful for.

In the words of the series creator, Robia Rashid, the latest installment will be "that warm hug that we all deserve after the year we've had."

'Never have I', season 2 - July 15

I have never… seen a Netflix series in one sitting. That can happen to us with the second season of I never , the teenage comedy that gave a lot to talk about in April of last year.

In this new installment, the young Devi finds herself in a terrible dilemma: which of her two suitors will she choose to star in her last chance to have a high school affair? Fixed issue: keep both of them. Nothing can go wrong, can it?

'Sky Rojo', season 2 - July 23

The hunt continues ... but the roles have changed. Sky Rojo returns after giving a lot to talk about this past March with his 25-minute pills of pure adrenaline. 8 new chapters in which we will see Coral, Wendy and Gina change the rules of the game and go against Romeo and his henchmen.

More premieres in July

Of course, with the red platform the thing does not stop here. Pogues fans will be able to once again enjoy the treasure hunt of the protagonists of Outer Banks , whose season 2 returns on July 30 .

But the thing is not only about reunions, there are also new discoveries. Netflix celebrates the national day of the United States with the premiere of We are united next July 4, a series that combines animation and music (composed by great artists such as HER or Lin-Manuel Miranda) that tries to propose an original way of conceiving civility in a modern world.

There is also room for docuseries with the true-crime Elize Matsunaga: Once upon a time a crime(July 8) and with the curious review of some of the largest and unknown robberies in the United States that Master Theft raises , with its premiere on July 14.
